One more time:

Your "Compleat Fisher" page http://nowscape.com/books/fish_bok2.htm was
copied from my site. (http://www.dancingbadger.com/4fisher.htm)  It was not
merely copied; my Amazon links, which generate the income from my site,
were crippled to make them non-revenue generating. There are dozens of
changes in the underlying code to disguise the theft, but the text is
unchanged, including references to "my Utah Encyclopedia" entry and
characteristic typos. In other words, the only changes were those made to
allow you to avoid detection, such as back links and Amazon's id-marked links.

I am copying this message to Amazon because the changes to my revenue links
constitute material theft as well as theft of intellectual property and
copyright violation. Clearly this was not casual "Oh, I'll copy that," but
an attempt to own and benefit from my work. I am copying it to Yahoo
because they have a reputation for aggressively pursuing copyright
violators. If the page is not removed by Monday, Feb 21, I will look into
other legal action.

I want the page removed immediately, and you are not authorized to link to
my site in any form. I do not want my work associated with you or Richard
Andrews in any way, even by reference.

Dear sir --

I've asked the web guy to put the web page into compliance according to your wishes, I hope everything will be copasetic; let me know if no.

As for your  "One more time"  It's not so, I think --- if I'm wrong please show me the first time. Be nice, good luck, good bye.
