As I prejudged, from experience with unschooled advocates of The Magic, the article which was recommended to me ("The Science Behind EFT" at EFTfree.net ) about EFT, says nothing at all scientific! That snake oil article tricks the unschooled into thinking that there is something there, there.

The article promises - it says "coming soon: notes and references" for the subjects of:

1. The Scientific Acupuncture
2. Epigenetics
3. Psychoneuroimmunology
4. Brain Plasticity
5. Quantum Physics

These EFT advocates, are, at best, too lazy to say what their scientific foundation is!

I find it irritating that the dropout adherents of quack science and fuzzy thinking usually say that one should keep an open mind. My mind is open but not so much that my brain falls out, as a famous person once said :) It's irritating to have to comment on something stupid to have to say it's stupid!

So, when the news arrives in this article (or from a good source) about The Scientific Basis of Acupressure, Epigenetics, Psychoneuroimmunology and Brain Plasticity, it will be YOUR job to tell me; I am not going to pull up this web page about EFT, from tim to time to lean any new science. The ball is in your court. As for the promised news on Quantum Mechanics -- it's an old field and much of that news has arrived in the previous century. But the readers and writers and faith-based of this web don't even know that!

It's painful to have to listen to half-baked explanations from someone who just read what the thought -- No, only believed -- was a science book and to realize that the person can't tell the difference between, say, an electron and a muon, or deduction and induction.
