"Bait and switch"?

To make a long story short...

Ultimate Universe delivered a used TV instead of a one that is still in the box.  It took 3 weeks to get another TV.  I had to return to the company to get credit for returning the previous TV; then I was asked to purchase a new TV.  I paid somewhat less for the new one than of the used one. 

Do these things suck? ~~ Unpleasant experiences with companies and organizations. Scams.
