Dear Mr. Issa, thank you for your response and for your id albeit tardy. Your email is well understood. I am very very excited to participate in their adventure! My full name is Rebecca U. Buskirk. I am a nurse, 38 years old, never married, Mr Right just has never come yet, unhappily. I work for the International Red Cross for 23 years now. I am currently in the Midwest supervising at a VA hospital here with veterans, amputees etc. from the two American wars. In my job I get to travel a lot, but I have never heard of the country Ouagadouguo. Perhaps I need to study up on this since I will become next of kin, yes? Please tell me about Ougadouguo. Are you happy there? Is it a poor country or is it pleasant to live there? Also, please send me some information of my next of kin, some pictures and documents which you may have in your possession, so that I can prepare, is important for me to know my new family. I hope you will understand. You never answered my concern in my first letter to you could I bother you to please do so now? I’m sorry, I do not have a fax here. We have one at all the offices but please do not fax me there as it would be inappropriate and also is not secure. Besides faxes are old-fashioned nobody hardly ever uses a fax, except in our office communication to Russia and Kazakhstan, sometimes. And thank you for your picture I shall enclose one of me also. (I found a pic of a young woman named Buskirk on the internet and pasted it here)

To:  Rebecca

Dear friend,
Thank you very much for your kind respond. My friend i sent i my bank id card to you to prove the genuine of the business, so don't be afraid doing business with me. If this transaction is not real i will not send my bank id card to you so please be satified that you are dealing with a sincere person.

According to your first question in your respond to my proposal. The transaction is not legal hence you are not the real next of kin to the deceased customer, that is why i said that you should not discuse the business with anyone untill the fund is transafer into your account. The only legality in the business is when you get payment approval from the bank.

If you apply to the bank and the bank approve you as the next of kin to the deceased customer the business will become legal, then you can come down to my country as much as you wish.

Regarding your prove to the bank, i have gather all information in the deceased profile in the bank, so once you apply to the bank i am here to furnish you with all information the bank will request from you untill the fund is transfer into your account.

I got your contact from the internet when i was searching for a trust person to handle the business with me and i choose you because you are a foreigner. The deceased customer is a foreigner so it require only a foreigner to apply to the bank as the next of kin to the deceased customer, that is why i am contacting you as a foreigner to apply and claim the fund as i will direct you and after the transfer of the fund to your account i will then come down to your country and share the fund with you.

My friend,  Ouagadougou is the capital city of BURKINA FASO the formal UPPER VOLTA in west africa. Though we dont have much mineral recourses here but we are  leaving happy life here because of most foreigners investing in Burkina Faso, Burkina Faso is a country in center of three countries which has sea port to bring goods to africa, so many foreigners do invest here in Burkina Faso to dispose their goods but for our business, i don't want us to use the money here in Burkina faso because i don't want any one to know that i am connected to you. If you come down and people start seeing us together information will reach the bank that i contacted you to claim the fund, so it will be better to invest in your country. Once we suceed i will come down to your country and share the fund with you according to my proposal.

Regarding the deceased information and picture i will try to send to you tomorrpow morning when i get to the office.

Bellow is the application form that you will use to apply to the bank as the next of kin to the deceased customer, fill your information in the application form and send it to the bank immediately through the bank email address and fax number stated bellow.

Immediately you send the application form to the bank you should let me know for further direction.

My best regards to you and your family,

MR. CISSE ISSA.

Dear Cisse,

Your timely information was received and understood, thank you.  With the information you gave me, I realize that this can be quite illegal.  So, I will have to open a new bank account perhaps under the name of my deceased father or under a different name in order to help you retrieve this money for both of us.  Would you please go back and answer my remaining questions also, specifically about the visa which you will require and about the next of kin.  I asked 5 or so things and while I thank you for your reply here, you did not answer fully, with all respect.  This will be like a great adventure for me, who is and administrator in a VA institution, I tell you.  Did you like my picture?  You did not say anything.  As for your form bellow, I would be happy to supply you with all this information, but perhaps you can wait a bit for my permanent address?  You see, yesterday I did not buy the hose I was looking at, which the realtor showed me.  It was too small and the swimming pool was small and dirty and there were only 3 bathrooms.  It's not for me as I expect to entertain visitors and guests in the future etc.  I have a home in Florida and in California, both are harboring tenants now and here in the Midwest I live at the VA Hospital, so to speak,  I have a small three room suite here next to and adjacent the nurses' quarters and I am looking to move out of here soon.  Unfortunately we can't use my VA address as a mailing address so perhaps this email connection would suffice for now.  I pray to God almighty that this minor residential problem won't disqualify me now, from this adventure,. Please let me know if you have any doubts about his as it will not be rectified until I secure a suitable residence here or until I can return to one of my other residences, I hope you shall endeavor to agree and is well understood.  I cannot give up my livelihood on a whim, please let's see what fruit will come of our transaction and relationship as I fervently pry to the Almighty for the best outcome.  Thanks again for your prompt response, Cisse.  I am working late tonight (as usual) unfortunately going over administrative assignments and if you will please respond in the next couple of hours on proceeding with this, I would gravely appreciate your demonstration of your honest sincerity in his matter.  When can I see this money and when can we cut it up I ask again.

Most sincerely,
Rebecca Buskirk

Ps :  Below I have filled in what I have up to now.  Do not hesitate to call me if there are any questions, my phone number is +1**********.  For security reasons, I'm going to set up a 16-number security code.  It shall be 825076596439R33B.  Pease enter this when and if prompted by the machine voice so as to transfer your call directly to my attention.  Please wait at least 1/2 hr from now in case you want to talk right now.

Dear friend,
I received your mail and thank you very much for your cooperation. My friend due to the fact that we are going to deal with a bank, the application form must be filled properly before sending it to the bank. You must have to fill your address, telephone number, fax number and an account information in the application form to receive the fund. Without an account the fund cannot be transfer to you, so you should try and get an account quickly and fill in the application form with your address and telephone number.

If you are not convinient with the fax in your office, there is no proplem you can forget it and fill in your telephone number and the rest information in the application form and send it to the bank.

Please i want you to act fast with me in this transaction so that we can receive the fund quickly. Once you apply to the bank and the bank approved the fund for transfer, it will not take more than 14 working days to transfer the fund to your account, so please be very fast over there to avoid delay

Regarding visa to come down to your country, you should not wory about it now because is not difficult for me to get a visa with my position. Once the fund is transfer i will tender my resignation letter to the bank and after i will secure my visa  with a letter of invitation that you will send to me, so don't worry about it now.

I saw your picture and i like it, you are beautiful in looking, is only that i have not yet meet you to know your characters but i guest that you should also be of good characters since you can get to the position you are now. Well hoping to meet you as soon as the transaction is completed.

You should get an account immediately and fill the account information and your address, telephone number in the application form and forward to the bank as directed in my mail.

Please be very fast about it to avoid delay.

Regards,
MR.CISSE ISSA

Dear Cissa,
Thank you for saying I am beautiful. This means a lot to me. I gave you my telephone number, so why ask for it again?  Do you read and pay attention to your email or do you throw it away?  Maybe that explains why you did not call me?  I am very sad about this behaviour.  As for my address, you will have to make do with what I told you.  Effectively, I don't have an address right now; perhaps within a month or so I will have an address, but now I don't.  I told you I live on the hospital grounds, did I not? You cannot mail me here at the VA hospital.  My office address here is Reg. Med. Ctr. 892 Chamber St., Ogden, 84403 but please please do not send anything here, OK?  For security reasons I must prohibit it.  So please apply to the bank now and be done with it as I am getting impatient with this. Regarding visa to come down to my country, you are completely wrong, my friend, position is unimportant in our democracy government, people like you count as nothing.  Trust me -- I know

Hi, Cissa,

I just thought of something... perhaps we can give the bank just any address, it seems they just need a address for no good reason.  Surely they will not come to visit, haha and they will not mail me there either, since all out transactions will happen on the internet or via bank.  So what do you think we just lie to the bank about my address for purposes of this transaction?  After all, I don't have a real address now anyway.   So we can give them a false one, just to have something to fill in the bank form, OK?  What do you think? Soon I will have a house and home. I don't receive any mail here anyway.  Call me OK?  And please don't take do damn much time to reply as I am getting a bit frustrated with all this emailing back and forth.  The money should be in my hands by now, it's been a week since we started this, and still nothing.
Why are things so slow, is this normal in your backward country?  When will you send a nice picture, which i requested quite a few days ago?

I received your mail. My friend your first mail sound insultive that is why i could not reply you on time, why you should call my vcountrt backworld country? and why should you address me rudely? Listen to me, there are other people looking for this opportunity over there, so if you are not intersted and will not cooperate with me, let me contact another person.

If you are intersted, you already know what to do according to what i told you in my last mail, so stop talking as if the delay is coming from me. If you are interested fill any address in the application form but the bank account you will fill in has to be real to avoid mistake when transferring the fund to your account. Interested in getting the fund with me, fill any address in the application form and forward to the bank with the new account information.

Don't send me any insultive mail again.

I am very sorry to insult you.  It's only that you said yourself that your country is land-locked, surrounded by poor African countries with no natural resources and also no access to any ocean, or sea...  not even a lake! You told me that,  so that's only what I meant.  I sincerely apologise as I certainly did not mean to offend any nationality.  I hope you will forgive me my friend, will you?  I will not be angry if you will look for another person, what with the difficulties you have with me, I would understand and besides I am very tired also.  I spent one hour and 45 minutes on the phone today looking for a suitable bank for you to open an account, so this is getting me down too, not just you.  I already gave you an address you could use, perhaps you only scanned my email only slovenly?  I tried to call you personally just not to apologise for my unintended remark but I could not get thru to your country or your city or your phone service in your fine country is not working, sorry.  It seems you take a long time to respond after perceived insults but it's also about the same without any insults, usually one day, so I don't know what you are telling be here.  Our network is NEVER bust, so it was an error in your connection, please dial more carefully.  What did you want to say to me?

Respectfully yours,
B.

Oh, one more thing, I got 3, count them, tree emails from you, all the same! Please send only one as I don't want to clutter up my computer it's not a big one, OK?

A sacrificial email account?

I'm going to test his Hotmail account by sending him a short email and to urge him on. His hotmail account was the one with which he contacted me initially. Next, I'll try to get his Hotmail account canceled, just for fun. This Hotmail account seems to be a "sacrificial" account -- many spammers seem to do this -- it's probably that this account gets reported most often and killed, by people who are irritated by receiving these  advance fee fraud letters. (Yahoo has been unresponsive as of late in killing 419-spammers' accounts, which I had brought to their attention). Let's learn if Hotmail still cares : )

So who is Ibrahim Cisse, then?  I got an email from him, too!  You said that you go by two names, but now there are three names!  I received three emails, each with different names, not only two. Are you some kind of criminal, using various aliases?  How many more?

What in goodness sake is going on there? Is an interloper active in your email?  Can he commandeer my email account too?  I wonder, nobody is safe.

I looked at your Bank ID again.  I can't read your name on it, it's so small.  Before, I asked you to send larger pictures but you have not done so.  I insist on this now and an explanation of the third man.

It's not very professional of you after all these problems.  I do not trust you, after all.  Besides, I have already sent the papers to the bank and you incompetent fool don't even know that!

Now you tell me that you are A Mohammedan, the very same swine who attacked my country and my GOD!

I checked my phone and you did not call or even bother to leave a message, nor did you tell me now, what it  was that you wanted to say?  Your communications skills are not up to par, but perhaps good enough for people of the caliber in your swell country.

Maybe I over-did it a bit.  I'll email the bank.
I'll write to the bank:

You seem to have reverted back to your lazy slovenly ways, my friend, as usual.  I emailed you twice within the previous 6 hours, and also yesterday and I don't hear a peep from you.  Is this how they do it in Africa, siesta time all the time?  Anyway, I'm off to meet the Reverend now to tell him the news about the money.  You should have told me this before, Issa, that is not how we do business in our country, perhaps it's good enough for the country of Ugagdgu, but in a civilized country such as here, it's considered rude.  At any rate, I'm excited to be nearing the end of all this emailing and hope you will soon transfer my money. Dear friend,
I am very sorry for this mistake, i have not been checking my hotmail that is why i could not get the message you forward from the bank to me on tue, 13th march. I just checked my hotmail now and i have gone through the question form from the bank and the notice to reactivate the deceased customer account.

What you have to do is to send the reactivation fee and the answers i gave you bellow  to the bank immediately as instructed by the bank in the forward message from the bank so that the bank will reactivate the deceased customer account to enable the processing of the transfer of the fund to your account. Since the deceased customer account is domat, it has to be reactivate before the bank can operate on the account, so please send the reactivation fee to the bank immediately through western union money transfer with the name the bank gave you.

Send the money to the bank through this name:

MR. AMOD MALIUS
ADDRESS/  BURKINA FASO

Immediately you make the payment you should let me know and also forward the western union payment receipt to the bank so that the bank can received the money and also send the answers bellow to the bank.

Please my friend make sure you send the reactivation fee to the bankimmediately so that the bank will not take action for delaying sending the answers the fee. According to the message from the bank, you were giving 48hrs to submit the answers and the reactivation fee to the bank, so please try and send the fee to the bank immediately because the 48hrs has expired.

Be very fast in sending the fee and the answers to the bank to avoid any action from the bank.

My best regards to you and your family,
MR. CISSE ISSA

This is going on too long.  The reverend first agreed to pay for all, then only for half and then pay for all again.  Now his wife says not pay any money as she says you people are very slow and need to send at least a descent photo, she says.  I think so too. She want not just any picture.  She wants one of you and also reading current-day newspaper, visible date print to show it a new picture of you as proof.  I agree.  I have not spoken with the Reverend, but you may as well count to that as a requirement for our continued participation.  If all is OK and if Reverend will not pay, I will pay all, sending Western Union pronto.  I told you before not to call me "my friend" if you do that again or deal is off, as I think this will never bear fruit anyway, you wait so long to reply.  You are a stupid lazy monkey not a friend, only necessary for business - slob African business as it may be.  Shit or get off the pot, my fine feathered friend and don't act so slowly every day.

Dear cissa,
You are a funny funny man. First you said no, now you say yes. This is no way for a bank employee to act. Maybe in Africa, yes. In civilized nations, no. I'm not sure. The Reverend wanted to stop this. I spoke with him only an hour ago. But his wife wants to do it, and I am torn in the middle, not knowing. I see your heart and soul is black. You have 3 aliases, you are moody, lazy and slow, you don't follow instructions and your English is bad, so I don't know how fast your money will come afterwards. I need to see your face. I told you before. I need to look you in the eyes. Make new pic, a big one this time, with newspaper as described before. Then we will send money. I was as Western Union office yesterday to see how this is to be done because I have never transferred money that way before. All is ready to go after you send the picture. Don't be lazy or slow as usual. I'm timing you -- if you are slow it will not look good for you, and unfortunately -- for our transaction. And one more thing: Please indicate return receipt when you open this email, as that's how I'm sending this email.  I need to know you are reading my letters.

AND ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE ADDRESS ME BY MY NAME IN YOUR LETTERS, YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO MANNERS AT ALL, DORKO. do i have to tell you everything three times.

Dear Mr. Issa,
Before, you wrote saying "you were giving 48hrs to submit the answers and the reactivation fee to the bank". This is now way overdue! It's because of your lazy habit of waiting 2-3 days to reply. And you wrote "i have NOT been checking my hotmail".  Why? So I ask if our deal is still on or is it off?

Your soonest reply is appreciated.

The Sergeant has returned and told me that you promised call me at 11:pm 3 days ago, and you never did that either. Is there even any money?  What about your 3 names, your three aliases? Why are you so sloppy? Also, may I please have the address of Mr. AMOD MALIUS to whom the US $8.22 should be sent? I ask, because Western Union told me that there must be a street address and email, if possible.

Awaiting your very soonest response,

Rebecca U. Buskirk

Yes our transaction is still very on waiting for the answers and reactivation of the decaesed account, so if you are intersted in getting the fund as i do, you should send the answers and the fee to the bank.

I am a banker and no banking procedure in transferring fund, no western union will request receiver street address to send money but if you inssist on the address,  go through the bank form, you with see the bank address close to the letter heading. The bank address is the same as the seceretary address because the fee is going to the bank not to the seceretary.

This is the bank address:  01 bp aven. kwame N kruma, ouagadougou, BURKINA FASO.

If you need the address to send the fee, you can use this one but if you cannot send the answers and the fee please stop writting me because i am regrecting contacting you into this business.

Compliments,

I didn't reply because your email went into my trash bin, we are lucky I found it before the Auto-Scrubber deleted it permanently. What is wrong with your email that it should do so? What is wrong with you that you can misspell so many words in one email, my "friend"...insultive, decaesed, intersted, seceretary (2x), writting and regrecting. And by the way, it's not bellow, domat, submt, faill, untill and coperate -- it's below, submit, fail, until and cooperate, dodo. You people are SO0oo STUPID! What kind of IDIOT am I dealing with, there in Uogaduguo? You wrote "Burkina Faso is [an] English speaking country". Well if that's so, did you even finish any kind of children's school? Be that as it may, Father Schleimhaut does not know how stupid you are -- I was afraid to tell him. Your money is on the way. Please try not to put your email in my rubbish bin and send me my money ASAP. I tried to call you again. I noticed a woman's voice on the phone, was in French. You wrote "Burkina Faso is [an] English speaking country". Well if that's so, are you in France now, or what? Please explain exactly where you are.  If you are not ion Burkiina Faso, yesterday I have asked my ISP to filter out all other African counties's email correspondence. I have so many emails containing "Dear friend", from sycophants; they go to the trash, unread, for your information. So try using my real name for a change.

Best regards and please hurry, I sent this money late this afternoon and still my bank account in Switzerland is not credited with any transaction from Burkina faso.  What the heck is going on?

Sincerely,
R.
I just discovered that Mr. CISSE called 3 times from OUAGADOUGOU,  Burkina Faso on Mar-18-2007 at  17:45, 17:46 17:47.

Later I turned it on a gain and he called back many more times.  I didn't answer -- Rebecca still isn't here, damn it!
