Whomever Simon stole these pictures from did a lot of work to veneer the top of these trunks with fake C-notes.  It seems that this trunk full of money even match the trunks on the previous picture. Thank you for your explanation.  One question remains, are there laws that REQUIRE the money to go back to the bank treasury?
