The boring details...

I leased an apartment to these people.  I first met Julibeth Schofield some years ago -- she was the receptionist at my podiatrist's office.  These people did not honor their rental agreement -- They left months before the 1-yr. lease was up, owing money.  They trashed the place.  They bounced checks, and after a while, their Mormon primate, who sometimes paid their rent for them, refused to pay.

These people seem to dislike electrical fixtures.
